Joseph L. Decolator is
an attorney who has been admitted to practice for over 22 years. His
focus is on prosecuting complex motions and appeals. Mr. Decolator has
won numerous appeals on behalf of police officers injured in the
line-of-duty, helping to establish precedents which benefit all police
officers in this state. Mr. Decolator successfully argued in the State's
highest court on behalf of the estate of a police officer who was killed
in the line-of-duty and held Parol Board responsible for the officer's
death. Mr. Decolator was also among the co-authors of GML § 205-e.

Mr. Decolator received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University
in 1984 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University in 1979. He
also received a merit scholarship while an undergraduate at Boston
University.
He was admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey in 1985 and
in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York
in 1986. Mr. Decolator is a member of the Columbian Lawyers Association
of Kings County.
Neil L. Cohen is an experienced trial attorney who has worked on,
prepared, and tried virtually every type of criminal matter.
Particularly, Mr. Cohen has represented New York City Police Officers
for the New York City Patrolmen's
Benevolent Association in
disciplinary, criminal actions and personal injury matters.
Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in
1980, and in 1984 he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro College
Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While at law school, Mr. Cohen was a
senior editor of the Law Review and ranked in the top ten (10%) percent
of his class.
He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York,
the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York
and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Cohen is also admitted to practice
before the courts of the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New
York State Trial Lawyer's Association.
Dominic DiPrisco is a seasoned trial attorney with 25 years of
trial experience. He handles all areas of litigation including
vehicular, municipal, premises, construction and product liability. Mr. DiPrisco has tried numerous cases to verdict in the five boroughs of New
York City as well as the Counties of Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester.
Mr. DiPrisco received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University
in 1980 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Long
Island University (C.W. Post Campus) in 1977.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981, the United States
District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in
1982, and the United States Supreme Court in 2000. Mr. DiPrisco is a
member of the Columbian Lawyers Association of both Kings and Nassau
Counties and was formerly an instructor with the National Institute for
Trial Advocacy (NITA).
